Advanced Interaction with Music Contents
Our new technology for interacting with music contents is based on two elements:
•The IEEE 1599 standard - in the public domain - is a new standard for music representation and encoding; music events are encoded with symbols; and all aspects of music – sound, images, audio, video, MIDI, texts, metadata etc. – are represented in synchronized layers; this transforms passive listening of closed binary files, such as MP3 with an iPod, into an interactive adventure and navigation of music, making an hypertextual medium out of a piece of music, independently of its format;
•The MX technology - property of the LIM lab - makes possible to automatically get IEEE 1599 multi-layer music files starting from the original single-layer music files, in their own coding standard; it is suitable to realize certified applications using the IEEE 1599.

WIN14
The Washburn Idol Series WIN14 features a Basswood body, single cut bolt on neck, Rosewood fingerboard, chrome hardware, and a gloss finish. It features a stop tailpiece, die-cast tuners, and dual humbucker pickups.

The WIN14F has all the features of the WIN14, but with a Flame Maple top

Seymour Duncan is known for granting the wishes of guitarists even when they are a little out of the ordinary. This created the newest version of the successful Blackouts pickup series, the 8-String Blackouts Humbucker for guitar. These active 8-string Blackouts with ceramic magnets feature more headroom than conventional pickups, and the addition of powerful and full low frequencies, without sounding muddy or even dull. They have been tuned specifically for heavy rock sounds, delivering a bigger dynamic spectrum, less scooped mids and less compression than other active pickups.

Washburn Guitars Releases the New 10, 20, 30, and 40 Series
Chicago, IL, January 14, 2010 — Washburn Guitars is announcing their 10, 20, 30, and 40 acoustic series. Each series features different tonewoods and is available in dreadnought or mini jumbo body styles. A prefix of WD denotes dreadnought body and WMJ denotes a mini jumbo body.
The 10 Series feature mahogany backs & sides. Included in the 10 Series is the spruce topped WD10 and WD10CE. The WD10F-SB and WD10FCE-SB both feature flame maple tops. The WD10FCE-SB adds a cutaway and Fishman electronics for stage work. The WD10S/WMJ10S add a solid spruce top for outstanding tone that will improve with age. The WMJ11S and WMJ11SCE both feature solid cedar top for a slightly warmer tone.

KUSTOM® BUILDS ON BASS AMP HERITAGE WITH INTRODUCTION OF KB SERIES AMPLIFICATION
HEBRON, KY. –- Kustom® Amplification builds on its esteemed bass amp heritage with the introduction of the all-new KB Series. The new line, which consists of five combo amplifiers and a 200-watt head, is now available for shipment to Kustom dealers.
First and foremost, the KB Series is focused on producing great tone. Useless bells and whistles are not to be found. Instead, players are given intuitive tone-shaping tools such as perfectly dialed in EQ controls, along with more power and bigger speakers than competitive products at similar prices. This means bigger, better tone for a player’s investment.
All KB models provide a 1/8-inch auxiliary input right on the front control panel for playing along with MP3s or CDs. In addition, all models have a 1/8-inch headphone jack that provides a strong audio signal to headphones while muting the amp’s internal speakers: perfect for late-night sessions. On 100- and 200-watt models, extra conveniences are provided such as a balanced XLR line output with level control, effects send and return jacks and a ground lift.
In addition to five combo models, a 200-watt amp head is available in a classic wooden head format or rack-mount configuration.
