| Changes to the product-group layout of Musikmesse 2010 |
Visitors will notice a number of small changes in the product-group layout at Musikmesse 2010. The Musikbiz area moves from Hall 4.2 to Hall 4.1 while suppliers of electric guitars and basses move from Hall 4.2 to Hall 4.1. Exhibitors from the DJ equipment segment move from Hall 5.0 to the ‘recording’ product group in Hall 5.1.

| Online tickets to Musikmesse 2010 |
All Musikmesse visitors have been able to buy their admission tickets via the Online Ticket Shop of Messe Frankfurt since November. On purchasing the ticket, they are sent an e-mail with a link that they can use to print out the ticket on their private or office printer. This saves waiting times at the box offices on arrival at the fair and also includes free use of local public-transport services operated by the RMV public-transport authority. At the same time, the system produces an invoice that can be used for tax purposes. Additionally, tickets purchased online are cheaper than tickets bought on arrival at the fair.

| International Vintage Show from 26 - 28 March 2010 at Musikmesse 2010 |
The first International Vintage Show, an exhibition and sales forum for old and rare instruments and memorabilia from the history of Rock and Pop music, will be held during Musikmesse in Frankfurt am Main. Many musicians, stars and contemporary witnesses will be there.
