Almost 31,500 visitors came to find out about the latest products and services, as well as about the latest trends in the event sector, and to increase their knowledge in the fields of systems integration and media technology. The proportion of visitors from outside Germany rose this year by four percent and, with 826 exhibitors from all around the globe, Prolight + Sound was yet again the biggest trade fair for event and communication technology, audio-visual production and entertainment, systems integration and media technology. With the addition to the Media Systems Congress, the Prolight + Sound Forum and the ALMA Symposium, it was, as in the past, the biggest information event for the sector.
